Our senior team has over sixty years of experience in transaction and investment support. As well as advising, we are able to empathise with clients undertaking investment decions. We have ourselves participated in MBOs, bought and sold a variety of businesses, and invested in companies whilst working in acquisitive corporates, private equity houses, and fund management.

The Partners

Simon Glynn’s experience is in the media sector. Simon was a partner in Mercer Management Consulting focusing on media. He also led media projects at Informed Sources International, KPMG Consulting and within Thames Television in the UK. He advises on many media deals for corporate clients and private equity houses. He consults on issues such as business strategy, business process redesign and operational change. His media clients cover all major European markets, the United States, South America and Africa.
